How to Make Chinese Chicken and Broccoli


Chinese Takeout Chicken and Broccoli is an easy dish to make at home.
Ingredients:

  • Chicken and Chicken Broth
  • Broccoli
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Dark Soy Sauce
  • Cornstarch
Instructions: Heat frying pan and add quarter cup of vegetable oil. Chop broccoli into small pieces and add to pan. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir well. Then add half cup of chicken broth. Once cooked, set aside.

In the same pan, add vegetable oil again. Add chicken mixed in cornstarch, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Break chicken apart so it doesn't stick together. Then add minced ginger and minced garlic. Mix well and cook. Finally, add dark soy sauce and stir. Add the broccoli back and stir until tender. Serve and enjoy the dish.
